 Introducing Twin Creeks’ new place to dine!

We are so excited to launch our new dining experience at Twin Creeks Golf & Country Club, headed up by our newest team member Michael Lopez.

Over the past couple of months we have been working hard behind the scenes to relaunch our restaurant that offers a relaxed and inviting vibe, great service and a delicious menu that is sure to keep you coming back to The Fairways. 

We are excited to have Executive Chef Michael Lopez join our team as our new Food & Beverage Operations Manager. Michael’s accomplished career and his understanding of what it takes to deliver a great dining experience will set the benchmark for service and quality at Twin Creeks and we look forward to delivering this and more to everyone who visits! We cannot wait to welcome you to The Fairways Restaurant, we know it will be a great dining experience!

Daily:11:30am – 2pm 

DINNER 
Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday Evenings: 5pm – 8pm
Friday & Saturday Evenings: 5pm – 9pm

During clubhouse opening hours, The Fairways will offer an ALL DAY SNACK MENU with a selection of light meals and classic clubhouse favourites
All Day Snack Menu

The Fairways is also open for breakfast on Saturday’s & Sundays from 8am.


ABOUT MICHAEL LOPEZ

Michael brings with him 32 years of hospitality experience. He has worked overseas in the Fiji Islands, Malaysia, Thailand also worked at Blacktown Workers Club under Rod Andrews, Huntley Hotel Parramatta, Compass Group, Royal Australian Air force, Sydney Uni, ANZ Stadium, and Royal Agricultural Society.

Michael was the Executive Chef at West HQ Group Australia’s Largest Club. Some of the awards that he has received include winning bronze for Australia in Challenge of the Pacific, winning National Champions at fine foods Sydney 2016. Winning silver in Restaurant of Champions 2013 (Australian Culinary Federation), Winning International Fine Foods Medal for live cooking, Winning medals at Clubs Fine Food Awards with 8 Gold 12 Silver 5 Bronze over three years. Currently, Michael holds a judging licence for local, national & international competitions. Michael has cooked for the last six Australian Prime ministers & the likes of Bill Gates, Lady Diana, Crown Princess of Denmark Mary, Crown Prince of Denmark Frederik and has featured in Great Chefs of Australia Cookbook. Michael has worked with some of the best chefs in Australia and around the world bringing a wealth of knowledge which he and his team look forward to rolling out at Twin Creeks.
